INGWork Consulting

shaping the future through informed transformation

why

Ever found yourself, your team, or your company trying to fix something without fully understanding the problem or the need for change? It happens to all of us. The pressure for quick solutions often results in temporary relief, but it can lead to more confusion, distrust, and harm in the long run. INGWork recognizes this and intervenes in the typical problem-to-solution flow by auditing problems to uncover possibilities for informed transformation.

how

At the heart of INGWork lies the 'ING.' We've borrowed this little grammatical tool from the English language, where adding 'ING' to a verb signifies continuous action and progress. What's the magic here? It demonstrates that past experiences, current needs, and future possibilities coexist. INGWork weaves this concept into its consulting methodology, creating a framework that adapts to the ever-shifting ground upon which change is built. This approach fosters clarity by operationalizing purpose and using it as the blueprint for transformative change.

INGWork is on a mission to intentionally, creatively, and purposefully explore pathways for transformative change. We do the work to get specific with our consultING, so we can broadly offer our creative strategies across industries, identities, and locations. We consult with people — individuals, teams, companies, and organizations — to embrace the change within nonprofits, startups, forprofits, government projects, arts & culture organizations, and more. Change is a constant journey already in motion. By partnering with INGWork, you become integral to shaping that journey.

what

3-Step Method

The best part? These steps aren't confined to a specific sector, situation, or individual. Rooted in curiosity, they don't prescribe rigid solutions but rather guide us in understanding complex problems and making informed transformations. It's all about continuous action and progress – that's the essence of INGWork.

Change is a universal experience. Whether you're an individual, part of a team, or a large organization, everyone and every place goes through change. By choosing to partner with INGWork, you're not just addressing problems – you're embracing change as the conduit for transformation.
